Production Data Corporation was founded by Ms. Ruth Attar, a veteran database marketer and incorporated in 1996. Over the years, our name has been referred to as pdc. The company is situated in Thornhill, Ontario, a suburb of Toronto, Ontario Canada and its address is 55 Savoy Crescent, Thornhill, Ontario Canada L4J 7W3.
Our client relationship philosophy is quite straightforward. Any time pdc acquires a new client, we assign a dedicated team to the account. There is no switching in and out of our staff on any accounts. We feel that this creates an atmosphere whereby the client always knows who to call.
With any new client, at least one senior executive is assigned to the team. From there a team of account and data staff are assigned with the proper backups to cover off holidays and sick days etc.
By assigning a dedicated team to the account, it allows our staff to become an extension of your team. We know your goals and objectives and we make them ours. In truth, if we do not help you to meet your goals and objectives and provide you the level of expertise we know we can, you will not be here. Our average tenure of clients is well over many years, most of which joined us at our inception and as such we are quite proud of our client relationship philosophy.
